Board of Governors

We are delighted to let you know that Niki Rowe has been appointed Chair of Governors. Photo below.

Niki has already been initiating helpful improvements through her previous experience setting up a school governing body. In addition she has extensive experience in safeguarding, so is going to be a Well-being and Safeguarding lead.

Charlotte McMinn is also in process of induction as a second parent governor, with lots of skills, experience and attributes that will make her a valuable member of the board.

We are aiming to recruit an Elementary parent governor this year. This role will include developing the strategic plans, policies, priorities and targets, monitoring and evaluating, ensuring policies are implemented, and ensuring high standards across the school, including an inspiring curriculum.

 

We have excellent documentation and great resources to help guide the process and help us on our journey.
